Services for your Sellers: PROPERTY ANALYSIS: EON Design will inspect your client’s site with an architectural eye and make recommendations to increase its salability. These findings will be presented in an easy to read format.
"PROPERTY POTENTIALS": A Brochure can be created specifically for your client's property to be used as a sales tool. Renderings and photos can be included to illustrate some of the potentials the property offers.
Services for your Buyers: CLIENT CHECKLIST: After meeting with your client, a custom profile is created that will help focus the buyers on properties that best suit their needs.
PROPERTY ANALYSIS: After being identified by the agent, the property is inspected, either independently or with the agent, to determine suitability to the buyer. This service is most effective if done together with the "Client Checklist".
SITE VIEWING: EON Design will accompany the buyer to a perspective property and provide a realistic opinion of what can be done to customize the home to suit the buyer's lifestyle. Creative design solutions will be developed during the visit, and thumbnail sketches will be produced on site to illustrate these solutions.
