A new custom home, built in the prestigious Chevy Chase Canyon area of Glendale. Inspired by the architecture of Tuscany and Southern France, this home has the character of the ancient villas and castles of the region, while having all of the conveniences and technology that modern homeowners desire. Cutting edge building technology was incorporated "behind the scenes" to make this home highly energy-efficient, and new sustainable materials were used, saving over 40 full sized trees worth of lumber.
